Seen a few of these lately, are they old ceramic fuses inside?
Any idea when they date back to and what the

common fuse size is in them?

could be a rewireble fuse.my dad's house had a 30A rewireable in similar cut-out. it lasted 60 years. A new hob and shower soon blew that away.
