Cheapest fire rated downlighters?

Hello folks, anyone know of any cheap fire rated downlighters floating about?

They must be chrome.
If on the internet, I must be able to get them by Wednesday morning, but delivery must also be cheap.
Fixed or movable don't matter.

Anyone got any ideas? Nice one, chaps.

OR anybody know about any super cheap fire hoods (like a pound or two)?

I know I know I know, but this customer is really squeezing the pennies....

Gets on my nerves a bit, these downlighters will be going into an artex ceiling in one room, fair enough, and a tongue and groove wooden ceiling in another room. In the event of a fire, that ceiling is going to last precisely four seconds, so what the heck is using a fire rated luminaire going to do? the whole house will be ash but all the lights will be perfect.....
