Hello guys

I need to install X4 95mm tri rated tails in some metal Kopex
Nominal Overall Diameter18.7mm

What size kopex would suit this cable bunch and does anyone have current carrying capacity guides as for a 200a supply 70mm tri seems capable in some cases but 95mm might be needed when bunched in conduit

Assuming it is TPN arrangement then I would guess the CCC is not much different from 4-core SWA in duct, so 70mm is enough for 200A.

But that is also the value for XPLE rated at 90C so you would need to take care that the end terminations are rated for the sort of temperature the cable will run at.

No idea about the Kopex, only ever seen it for sale in 20/25mm sizes and that ain't taking 4 * 70mm!
