I have a newer all electric manufactured home with a Siemens 200 amp service panel. I'd like to replace my standard water heater with a 24Kw tankless water heater that requires two 50 amp 240v double pole breakers. I only have two side-by-side regular slots available in the panel. Does Siemens make a 50/50 Quad Circuit Breaker that will fit in the two slots?

Yes I’m sure they do. What style panel like an QO panel do you have. I’m sure that you can buy the slim line breakers and install them to free up enough space for your tankless hot water heater. Go to your local electrical parts house.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, when I didn't get a reply after a couple of days I went ahead and went with another standard water heater.
