Can anyone here tell me why i need secondary earth bonding in a shower room (WAIT FOR IT).
So its a wet room ,all pipe work is in pvc (water and heating) but had my flat tested and failed or should i say unsatisfactory and was put down as urgent .

Is there 30mA RCD protection in all circuits supplying or passing through the room? If so then no bonding required on the plastic pipes... ??
