You'd have to give a lot more info than that to stand any chance of advice I'd say.
Is it work you're having done ?
I am started now.. Finished the walls of the house and going for electricity and trying to draw a plan.

Do you know any program to do that?

My best advice is to get a good electrician round, talk through what you'd like in terms of socket positions/quantity and lighting etc and get a quote for the design and installation of the electrics. Then if you're not happy with any aspect of that you can get more quotes.
This isn't really the sort of thing that can be done over the internet imo.

You can at the moment download Visio professional with Electra 8 Electrical layout template free, it will only be viable for 30 days, but will do what you want with ease, do a search for it.
