Hi everyone, looking to put a 6mm SWA from house to a new garage 25m away.
Wanting to make the garage ready for EV charging later so a little stuck as to future proof the install.
Can I use the Doncaster power and data cable but unsure of how to feed the garage and EV charger.
Any constructive advice would be helpful.
Thanks.

think you need to look at the options for eV points. some are stupidly power hungry. you'll need to decide the power level you need before selecting the supply cable.

considering VD,6mm cable for 25m will allow you about 30A total current. some EV chargers take more than that on their owmn. if you want to future proof, install 16mm.
