I have had my 63 plus since new and love the small foot print and ease of use etc. I have experienced a simple issue with an accessory . And the Dealer replaced the first one . Today it failed .But after a quick email to Kewtech .Its been replaced . Nothing major, no one died ! . But good to know that despite all thats going on in the world .Companies are still able to offer a level of service that keeps customers confident in their products etc .
