can anyone help please. My garden light recently installed will not switch off. I believe it’s a switch issue.

The black and blue in the switch are connected to each other, black coming from mains and blue going to light (neutral). Red from live into switch back to light. (Live) The yellow is not connected to anything. There is only a neutral live and earth in the light itself. Need help please... thanks

Is that switch open to the elements? if yes get it changed soonest to an Suitably IP rated switch
