I want to learn how to configurate solar system power, pls help

for help: I want to learn basic configuration of off-grid solar system. I know off-grid solar system consists of panels, inverters, batteries and charge controller.

Could anyone help me with the calculation for the panel, and batteries? If I want to configurate for a 1.6kw off-grid system for Air conditioner, how to choose panel, battery and other accessories?

To figure out how much battery capacity it will require to run an appliance for a given time, multiply the appliance wattage, times the number of hours it will run to yield the total watt-hours. Then divide by the battery voltage to get the amp hours.

For example, running a 60-watt lamp for one hour uses 60 watt-hours. If a 12-volt battery is running the light it will consume 5 amp-hours (60 watt-hours divided by 12 volts equals 5 amp-hours)

yet how can I calculate hours for the battery? If the location is in Pakistan, summer day time from 9am to 5 pm. Where can I get the radiation level and weather of the place and transfer the info into hours for the battery.

Pls tell me if you know.
