The LED bulb needs to pass a small amount of current without lighting, be it because of inductance or capacitance of the fed cables, or to drive the electronics for electronic switches, I had assumed if the bulb states dimmable then it will allow more to pass without flashing than one which is not, but when I tried to use an electronic switch with G9 dimmable bulbs five of them, they pulsed with switch off quite bright, but same switch with GU10 and BA22d bulbs had no problem.

I have cured the problem with a load capacitor but is was rather a tight fit, and would not want to repeat this too often, I would have thought there would be a spec for the bulb and the switch saying how much current can be flowing before the lamp starts to flash, and also the switch would state how much will flow with the switch turned off. But I can't find any info so one can match lamps with switch.
