No mate book the test now ......

They only do one test a month per test centre, or so they told me.

I learnt the material in ten days.....

It’s not hard, but you need to revise !

Thank you .
I doing today .
When get ECS card what is the next step .

Apply for electrical mate jobs with agencies.

You have to remember though, you are starting at the bottom of the ladder. You're not going to jump into a well paying electrical job with only a level 2 and no experience.

In regard to tools, if you use the forum search feature. say searching, "tools for apprentices" it'll bring up lots of good threads with tool advice.

This is the problem with schools and training centres.

They say come and do a course in electrics, become an electrician earn tons of money.

They leave out the training time you will never get paid for. And the training and experience you will need.

In order to get that experience if you are committed and can afford to you will have to work for little or no money for 2-3 years. Then you start getting a better salary with experience.

After that and only after that can you achieve the rediculaously high wages we electricians allegedly get.
