Seen many answers on this but still not sure on a definite answer.
Power installed inside metal container, the units inside a warehouse, the supply to the warehouse 200amp TNCS
The power points are Rcbo protected,so is the lighting inside the container, 16/6 amp respectively.
Will this-require Main bonding protective conductors, the unit sits on concrete floor

My view...

It's almost certainly insulated from real earth enough to not be deemed extraneous, as dry concrete is a decent insulator. You could cover yourself by doing IR test from the shell to MET and check that it's resistance to MET is miles higher than 22,000 ohms. I'd be amazed if it wasn't. Therefore not extraneous, doesn't require bonding.

The other matter is whether due to the equipment and the way it's fitted the shell could become an exposed conductive part under fault conditions and require earthing. I think I'd take the view that with functional ADS (and additional RCD protection) it's safe enough.
(Also in back of mind is that we would want a very good reason to earth it and make the entire shell live in (unlikely) OpenPen conditions. )
So obviously without seeing it, I'd err on saying "no".

I'll now get the popcorn and see what others think....
