Hello all, new member, first post.
I've just had my meter moved by the DNO who put it outside. We've had a local spark wire it from the meter to the c/u, and he installed an isolator switch at the same time, which is also outside in a weather proof box.
The tails run from the bottom of the meter box to the isolator in a loop, coloured blue and brown, which suggests to me they are not sheathed, and aren't properly protected. They loop about 10" off the ground.
The switch to the c/u is 16mm SWA, and runs about 9mtrs.
i'm worried that the tails aren't properly protected from mechanical or environmental damage. The way he did the job on the whole has got me worried.
Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
