I have been using the Clik software for a few years now and it does the job however as with all software it does have bugs. I also use the iPad version where you complete the certs and then upload them to your desktop for completion and distribution. The iPad to desktop alsp has some issues .
I have also been a beta tester of the NICEIC Online certification software which was due for release Februry/March/June/August........It is meant to be at the final version prior to general release. It is fairly simple but unlike the CLIK version does not maintain a database of all your customers nor does it have reminders for re-inspection/tests. There is talk in the future (many many months) that an iPad version of the service will be released but we will wait and see.
Overall I am continuing to use the CLIK software despite its issues over the NICEIC online certification system
