Outlook 365 Account chnages

Anyone else experienced problems when trying to amend settings for existing IMAP accounts. We ended up having to back up all emails and add the accounts from scratch when all we wanted to do was update the server details for the accounts. It just kept saying the informatin was incorrect when adding them as new proved it wasn't

We had the same a few weeks ago. I can't seem to find anything on the Microsoft forums. Not impressed

Not impressed that I now have to purchase a subscription to use Word and Excel on my iPad.

It never did exist per-se it is just that the Outook interface has been changed, and is now rubbish.
If you go to control panel and then mail settings you can access the old fashioned window and means for editing accounts, ensure Outlook is closed first though.
If the OP had rung MS support they would have explained this to them, and the support is free if you are paying for an Office 365 account.
That's how I found out!
