Discuss panasonic cordless in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

They are a good piece of kit but if i'm going to spend that sort of money on tools I go makita....Never fail. If I had the money I'd obviously go Hilti but their prices are beyond me.

Makita 24v cordless is ace....believe me.

The bloke I work with has always sworn on the 14.4v panasonic drill drivers. He is the most critical of people, but has always said they are the best.

Edit: I know you are after something bigger, but to give you an idea!

i'll prob go with panny so-if they're decent quality

have to replace my bosch gear which has given great service-i must say

Panasonic EY7880LZ2C31 28.8V Cordless SDS Rotary Hammer Drill (EY7880LZ2C-31)

Bosch GBH7-46DE SDS Max Rotary Hammer 240V

Bosch GSB18-VLI 18V Cordless Combi (1 x 3.0Ah Battery + 1 Extra FREE Battery)

money is tight -but they gotta be replaced now

i noticed the GBH11 is only 50 dearer -but if memory serves they're way too heavy for general use

11kg compared to 8kg for GBH7 unless they're lighter than they used to be?

isnt it amazing how much variance there is in tool prices a quick google n I have lowest of £330+vat to £999 plus vat ffs their(dyna tool0 salesman must drive an aston martin lol
