hello all sparks bit advice needed please.

I have a job starting on tuesday the customer wants part of the house re wired not all. he would like the up stairs sockets the bathroom light and passage way light rewired and new fittings

the down stairs lights and sockets re wired but wants the up stairs lights and kitcken lefted alone for the time bien. the advice i want is shall i put the bathroom light on its own circiut with an rcd no earth bond on the pipes or put the lights with the passge way light and bond the water pipes and bath?
