Doing refurb, total rewire & new DB, it’s a remote building, utilising Swa sub.
Swa is a 2c 16mm, there is main water & gas to be bonded, At moment this all connects to old DB, in my opinion this does not comply, given my recommendations, client refuses to pay extra for what’s been ok for years, shall I walk away.

depends on whether or not the SWA armour is equivalent to 10mm copper as a combined earthing and bonding conductor. i doubt it with 16mm SWA.
