HI, I have these LED lights which require 9W

It uses the LED Driver in the photo, which needs replacing (light is blinking).

I am unable to find the exact same mini LED driver from Gallop. I understand I need a driver with 220v input, at least 9w output, and IP65 (as it's in a bathroom).
Where I am confused is the other values, such as "Iout value of 250mA constant" and "Uout 24-39VDC". Using these values I am unable to find a suitable alternative driver.

In short, I am looking for a replacement LED Driver and don't know which one to get. Would anyone have any advice?

Thanks a lot.

TL;DR
Which LED Driver would replace the one in the photo?

The most critical spec is that the LED needs a constant current driver - which is 250mA - rather than more common fixed voltage drivers nowadays. A slightly lower value might well be OK (light slightly dimmer), but a larger value risks blowing the LED chips up.

Then voltage spec tells you it will deliver this 250mA over a voltage range of 24V to 39V - the exact voltage it operates at will depend on the LED load - a bit wider range is likely OK, a narrower one might well not be.

Perhaps search online for 250mA constant current drivers and see what voltage ranges come up.

The IP65 rating is somewhat less relevant - I assume the driver is mounted out of the way e.g. behind or above or inside the light - and not dangling in the shower.
