If im honest I think they took the ---- with the price by threatening police involvement.....but we weren’t really in a position to argue ha ha.....the worst part was the old girl asking what each stain and burn was as she went round the room on the phone to me......That’s a lot of carpet!
Must have been a great time

I just started a new thread about it...
OP. Your switch is knackered. Try another one.
It's relevant, MK stuff wasn't poop back then. Can people stop mentioning the 1990s now
Yeah, true... in the 70's we only had bands like Queen, Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, The Doors.... tell me when to stop......So much better than those 70’s bands that the oldies on here go on about.
MK was the goto brand 20/30 years ago, IMHO today it is only marginally better than the SF LAP brand. I will install but virtually never supply either, then I am not liable for product warranty.I purchased a box of new Mk 20amp switches from eBay , and installed 2 of them today.
One of the switches feels quite ‘slack’ for want of a better word when you switch the switch on/off. Not the normal clunk click I would expect.
It does fully switch on/off.
Possible reasons ? Cheap construction ?
