Have been asked to fit a spur for a towel rail in a bathroom. The only position it can go is about 800 mm from the shower and bath. (outside zones inregs.)Normally I would fit a flex outlet and have the spur outside the bathroom. However floors can't be taken up etc so is the only place it can go. Also it will be virtually under the wash basin. I don't really want to put it hear but have no choice. Just wondered what everybody else's take would be in this situation.

Sometimes you have no choice but to have such a device in the bathroom.

As you say its outside zones so OK by the book and I too would always put it outside!
