Not fitted any before and was just after some advice. Been asked if i can fit one for a customer having a rewire done. In there living room they currently have a four gang switch, four wall lights switched in pairs and two centre lights switched seperately. They want to keep this arrangement but would like to have touch dimmer switches rather than a rocker switch. I initially misunderstood the client when she was telling me what it was she wanted and just assumed it was a normal dimmer switch she was referring to so said it shouldnt be a problem if i changed the 25mm back box for a 35mm. Having spoken to her since and now knowing this isnt the sort of dimmer she requires but actually the type referred to in the thread title, i was just wondering theres anything different/special about them. Is a 35mm back box deep enough? Would i need a neutral at the switch? Any help/advice greatly appreciated

I have fitted a single at my dads house. It needed a 35mm box but did not require a neutral. Also can be programmed to any remote control spare button without buying the fancy remote they suggest

They come pre programmed to work with buttons 1 & 8 on the remote, and they're pretty easy to programme to spare buttons on other remotes
