What I’m doing after Level 3 , It’s necessary Apprenticeship or ??

Hi Is Necessary after Level 3 nearly pass , to do Apprenticeship???
I’m still confused.
3 Years Level 2 and 3 , if another 3 year Apprenticeship, this is too long???
I know better find small company but still confused.
How to electrician to be progressing??

After the level 2 and 3, the next step is the NVQ portfolio then onto AM2S. Not sure if you could flip it to an apprenticeship at this stage but nothing stopping you tried; £900 Vs NVQ & AM2E, I'd jump at an apprenticeship if I could find one.

Too difficult at the moment, COVID19 situation, nobody want 38 years old apprenticeship....

Everybody was Apprenticeship or ???
Too difficult for Adults..

See if any local electrical contractors are looking for a ‘mate’ / electricians labourer

I know a few adults who got into the trade by labouring for an electrician
