Various details missing there, which should not be missing IMO. Namely end to end values on some circuits and R1R2 values. Limitations to the testing is acceptable, but in this instance some important potential issues have not been either deduced or verified to be OK.

I have never completed a inspection and test of a installation without at least one observation being made (in reference to the second picture). Was there a page before the second photo that had any observations perhaps.

Who did the testing - a small or large company or one man band? And of of curiosity how much was paid.

Oh, and the Zs values should be recorded too. Poor.

That's some bad testing I bet the actual results are nothing like that haha.

Got to love this types of testing, worked for a company before (only as a trainee so working with a sparky) when doing DB upgrades who said just do a Ze and a Zs on sockets and rcd test that's it the supervisor in office will fill in the rest. also if there is a link between lighting which causes rcd to trip just put both lighting on same rcd not even try to find the problem. Safe to say I wasn't there long.

Sheeeeet! I knew this would come back and bite me in the arris!

testing the above house start of the results just writing up now, just got to edit parts of cert fill in the new blanks have some other pictures will try & post.
also observations page

had to remove the undercab light next to cooker switch to undo cooker switch, not a problem to get the reading for the oven circuit, but when I did undo the under cabinet light the load of rubbish fell out that must have been placed there when the person before me tested the same circuit couple of weeks before.
or did they not take the switch of to get their reading?
