A Little water ingress

This was a little call out i attended one day, it was arcing violently finding where it was fed from was also fun

Quality Is that a bit of rubber, tape jointed to MICC? What was it feeding?

It is two 25mm SWA'a in what was a galv adaptable box, think it was crimped and taped, it was a 60A supply feeding a small compound the fault was intermittent power cuts when it rained!!
