Gotta be fair mate, seeing that i'm surprised any of it works. Re-wired 10 years ago ? The guy's gotta be having a laugh, all you need to now is convince them that it really does need re-wiring now. Good luck with that, the answer you get will probably be: Well it's been ok up until now lol.
