Discuss Best S3 safety boots? in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

I used to wear the dewalt bolster boots but had to stop because they had no steel midsole but these look spot on and not a bad price from screwfix.

how about these? all the rage with essex boys.

Redwings...nothing else comes near...or else just bind em' up in jute, and tar em' :yesnod:

I recently purchased some black DeWalt Laser boots from Makro, about £36.
Not overly impressed with them, the tongue moves and the eyelet things abrade the laces.

You used to be able to order through Aberdeen Oil supply companies, but the last few pairs have been ordered direct from USA,which has worked fine...just a case of looking big,and paying the money.

You need to know exactly the size required, plus the width, and the "last" number, which equates the foot shape. Mine has not changed from a US 9.5 D 2245 in thirty years,so fairly simple.
