Capacitance and CFL AGAIN!

Sorry same old topic, I have sussed that I need a snubber to deal with flickering on and off of 2 way CFL lamp, what is the best way to wire a snubber or as I have bought a RC supressor, in A JB above the fitting or sleaved and in a rose?

Thanks Lenny, Does it actually work?I had a customer a few weeks ago who just went back to standard bulbs but now I have had 2 customers in 2 days with exactly the same problem so have bought 5 of these 'snubbers' in anticipation of more!

Used them once and they seemed to work. That was on a 7W G9 cfl that was always flickering.
