Found this site when i went over to the dark side (plumbers forum)! Thought it may be useful.

I went on a long journey last week and wanted to check.

I put the reg of my first car in, it was scrapped many years ago but on June 26th this year it was clocked doing 81.2 mph on the A66 near Thornaby.
That's a bit odd

Mates S reg capri was totalled in 1989. Apparently it was also caught doing 81.2mph a few days ago. Quite perplexing maybe a break in the space/time continuom

It actually came up with a camera in my home town where I live.

put reg number A1.

IP adress tells them roughly where you are and makes it more convincing. It got me for a minute, was kakking in my keks momentarily. Didn't stop me playing the trick on the wife though.
