I thought i'd put a link to the terms and conditions that everyone has been asking for on a previous thread..

There needs to be an addition 6 (c) as follows to allow you to legally take the unpaid for material off site if you are not paid for it, else you may be prosecuted for property damage or tresspassing.

6 (c) Unpaid for materials may be removed at any time without repair to the structure/ building whether installed or not.
