Putting in a new supply for a garden shed in a new domestic property less than 2 years old.
Had a look at the Completion certificate.
Found lots of mistakes in the details.
No bonding to gas pipe written as 10mm on certificate and box ticked.
16mm swa from outside meter box to board in hall cupboard, written as 25mm tails.
6 circuits half with r1&r2 reading other half written NA.
Cooker circuit written as 6mm on 32amp
Was 40amp what looked like 4mm.
0.20 deference between Live and neutral continuity readings on one of the rings.
Thought I would see how many mistakes in the inspection page people could notice.
It’s tncs
All rcd protected
periodic sticker with nothing written on it

5 easy ones for starters....
-Earth electrode
-Phase sequence
-RCDs for fault protection
-warning notice for multiple sources of supply (probably)
-2 years old - it shouldn't need a 2 versions of BS7671 sticker
