Seems from above points Napit qualification not worth the paper it written on. I just took best advice I could get at the time from the people I knew mostly who were registered with Napit.

I think finally the penny has dropped and you are beginning to get a grip on the situation!

Taken from teh blueflame website the FS 1 course is:

This course is specifically designed for highly skilled and experienced electricians looking for a comprehensive qualification that will demonstrate their competence under Part P of the Building Regulations, as well as commercial / industrial work, including 3-phase.

So basically it is intended that only fully qualified electricians will take the course, I cant for the life of me see why though as in becoming fully qualified they have already demonstrated everything necessary.

All I can say is I went to Napit, did the course for 7 days. Oh, had to go back do 17th edition. Hard work yes, lot to take in, yes.

I passed it, ok, I don't know any different. I don't have the experience of you guys I am the first to admit that. I AM ONLY AFTER ADVICE!!

Thank you for your inputs everyone, appreciated

Did thatched properties not have to be wired in micc due to the fire risk and likely rodent damage?
I'm at the wrong end of the country for thatch but it seems to ring a bell for me.
so if it's wired in pvc then that would be a fail for me.

I would have thought the answer would be get an Electrician in, the OP by his own addmission is "new to electrics" and his profile suggests he is a builder, only saying no put down intended.

Care to point in the direction of the regulation or law you would fail it under?

There is no regulation. However some insurance companies will insist on various things with Thatched properties. One insurance company insisted that a customer have his meter positioned moved into an OMB when he wanted to renew his policy!

Many of the larger insurance companies have been hot on thatched cottage type buildings for quite a time now, many insisting that loft space wiring meet Fire safety standards, or at least be installed in a metal containment system, or they just won't insure them...

Having seen more than one thatched roof go up in flames in my time , i can well see their point

I wonder what Rogue Traders and their Electrical professional would have to say about this course?

Edit:
I wonder if they would be so keen to favour this over an apprenticeship served sparky not belonging to a scam.

What pees me off most is the number of well established members here who are more than happy to guide these chancers along! Even when the OP has displayed a such a gross lack of competence, that was before he revealed he was only a 7 day whizzer, there were members telling him how to do the job!! These members are repeat offenders who in my eyes are just as bad as the original whizzer!!

All Jobs, where others have failed to do so, I will step up. Let me make this crystal clear to you. You are not a qualified electrician, not by a long shot, so I suggest you stop referring to yourself as one. You are not even competent to go anywhere near wiring, let alone present a professional report on its condition, so I suggest you stop. You are going to kill someone one day, either through poor workmanship caused by your lack of knowledge, or through I'll advice given, caused by the same thing! Please leave work like this to the professionals until you have gained a meaningful qualification and until you have the relevant experience which means you can competently carry out the work yourself.

Harsh. But fair.
