Discuss Flush Meter Box in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Looking at a new build which has wooden cladding on the outside. Client doesn't really want a white 'flush' meter box ruining the look of the building. Is it possible to get a true flush mounting meter box so that it can be hidden behind a door in the cladding? All the standard ones I've seen up to now arent really flush, but stick out about 60mm.

Its either that or out with the paint and brush!

thanks

A recent post included a link to a meter box supplier - might have what you need. But I can't recall the post or exactly when. Anyone?
