Yep I can see my mistake, sorry if I caused confusion to OP! I have reported myself and will sit on the stairs for a while.
I am going by the red number in post #4 that you put up @Spoon so the two R are 40 and 60 in series added together 100 Ohm. To avoid confusion @telectrix post #5 has it clearly.
