how do i get these little buggers in then?

Righties, im getting some down lighters, which connect to a transformer and has a plug. How do i connect them so they run off a light switch, i have never installed any before so any help is very appreciated

just a normal plug (i think), you know the downlighters you can get from B & Q, i liked them but only had a quick look at them and need advice how to install them before i go spending

I have recently became an electrican, i have done re-wires on my own, changes consumer units and all the things that go with it, passed all of my exams so far with distinctions but i'm still learning and i have never done downlighters so instead of scratching my head about this for a whole day i thought i might ask you genius guys (if thats ok)
