Why not speak to Pete Gibson at their head office, judging by the kind of installations guide that they issue, I'm sure that they would actually prefer to be consulted and the come up with an agreed procedure that everyone is pleased with.
Maybe it needs a variation on the Baxi process for fitting hanger bolts, with a timber spacer slid beneath the tiles to take the stress so that they don't deform, other wise you're in danger of just squashing them flat.
One of the challenges is of course as with a corrugated roof, you really want to put it on the ridge, the chances of that lining up with a rafter are just too slim though.
