What is the best thing to patch in over tracks? Bonding and finish or some people say Gyproc Easi-Fill or one coat plaster?

Thank you

i generally use one coat. if its going to be painted rather than papered, i might use finish to finish it .

what you mean pony? Just a standard chase for conduit and box. Is multi finish just needed on its own?

ha ha , pony and trap = crap
multi finnish is abetter choice good finnish and can go on thicker than finnish coat, you can get away without bond coat if chase is not too deep (20mm)

Gypsum drycoat, it's a lightweight cement base so won't drawn in the damp light bonding...it can also be put on heavy and when dry sanded lightly to flat finish.....then just go over it with joint filler smooth it then tge decorator can sand out any imperfections on the join if there is any......saves alot of time fighting to trowel it up.
