price and rates?

what are the day (or hourly rates) you guys are getting out there in the current market?

In South London I am finding that my current day rate is working out to about 150 after all the paper work has been done (quoting on 25-30) and then need another hour to do paperwork not to mention the time to clean up after the job.

Where i live the average is between £15 -£18.Gotta take what's going unless you want to travel and then if you stay away for the week and don't get digs then you are losing out
