I have actually had the same problem with LAP I really don't think they are good quality what else could be causing it
I know you say it is 230v but is the lamp 230v and not through a transformer.
Mains is low voltage.
What I'm saying is you have mains gu10 bulb operated that use no additional transformer and low voltage that use a separate transformer that drops it 12V from 230V and Mr16 bulbs.

so by that token, LED bulbs/lamps cannot be classed as MR16 as they don't have multifaceted reflectors.MR16 lamps are very often 240v. MR16 refers to the size of the multifaceted reflector, 16 eighths of an inch in diameter. Most GU10 lamps are in fact also MR16.
