Professional looking Downloadable forms

Hi guys,

I was searching around to find some forms which look good and can be edited as well to insert logo and such. I have found these on this website:

Downloadable Electrical Test Certificates - Blank forms, suitable for printing out and filling in by hand

Just a note - Open Office is needed to work with them which is a free program so no problem.

Well, these do look similar than what I have seen on ebay. But hey... it is for free!

Very professional, you can design and add your logo and for basic domestic stuff they do the job!
