many ppl getting into this? is there much work to be had and is so where in the country are u based, around north wales its not really happening (apart from on council houses)

a load of people in north wales have just got a flyer from a company in Liverpool offering solar pv, claiming you can generate 100% of your electricity with a 4kwp system -

Another cowbow company claiming they can get more juice than they can produce.
I'm sure they are a member of REAl (not) code of conduct!!!!!!!!!!!

no pv work in wales you need to check SOLAR POWER PORTAL there seems to be 54million pound contract up for grabs they are calling all installers in wales to tendor

I do solar installs in wales and west for a company called solar total, generally up to 4 a week. Decent bucks due to the hours I'm putting in but hard going though since every property is different so we can't keep everything on the van to account for all eventualities. The rate it's going, I'll burn out soon and one of you boys can have my spot!
