getting around £4500- and then I still need to charge doing the virgin media bits on top of this

whats your thoughts

In summary do you have the qty of sockets, lights & switches, dedicated circuits?

Are the switches and sockets white or metal?

quote based on everything being white plastic and white down-lights

32x sockets
44x lights (majority led downlights)
1x fan
cooker circuit
2x smokes
boiler circuit
1x shower circuit only (future)
15m 4mm swa supply out to shed (points inc in count above)

you're definitely not too high on price. if anything your 4500 is on the low side. first impression from your spec, to me, is about ££5500

plus 2 fuseboard presumably?

i would say your about a grand under priced. it also depends where in the country you are.

and it will affect the time taken if the house is occupied/cluttered/kids in your face.

armored to be clipped
only 1 15w c/u in house- not one in garage
house is completed empty (just been bought)- and they wont be moving in until complete

I think you'll do alright at £4500. Are the down lights cans and led lamps or integrated fittings?

cans

i dont understand the pros of using integrated? more expensive and have to replace the whole thing if it fails

The general idea is that with integrated you are getting a higher quality purpose designed product as opposed to a retro fit solution jammed into a receptacle not specifically designed for the job. Integrated are designed to dissipate heat more effectively and therefore prolonging the LED life and reducing the risk of failure. This is the reason many integrated units offer long warranties.

Led replacement lamps: modern technology which requires efficient cooling squeezed into old shapes designed for lamps which need to be hot to operate correctly and then put into tin cans which trap the heat in.
Integrated LED fittings: modern technology in a fitting custom designed to make the best use of the technology giving the best efficiency and lifespan.
