If you're a qualified, trainee, or retired electrician - Which country is it that your work will be / is / was aimed at?
United Kingdom
What type of forum member are you?
Practising Electrician (Qualified - Domestic or Commercial etc)
Anyone ever had job like this, I see few companies are allowing electricians to apply and if successful says state of the art training...

Just anything you know or heard about that type of job. Thx T.

Not sure quite what that job is.

My best mate at uni went in to semiconductor fabrication as a process control engineer, basically looking after that running of and settings used for the fancy plotters and etch processes, etc. He has done well out of it but has had to move around quite a bit over the years ans waver fabs closed in one place and opened in another. He ended up in the USA and married a Texan, sadly they separated/divorced some years ago but at least have managed to remain on civil terms with each other.

However, the job you mention might be something completely different!

It appears to be a job within the Semiconductor manufacture industry.
Presumably to work on one specific manufacturers equipment.

It's certainly not an industry that's going to be going into decline.

This one probably not for a new to industry starter;

Sounds Fab. (That's a semiconductor related joke by the way!)

Well silicone with N part and P part with protons, borons. I watched a video, but I think the job role would be running around changing devices/apparatus in a clean room environment.

Boring or not boring
