What's your take on a plate switch controlling a light in an en-suite shower room?
It's positioned outside the shower room on the wall by the door, but could be touched by someone standing inside Zone 0 (on the shower tray) if they put their arm around the door/corner?
Yes, it's unlikely, but possible, and I can't find anything in the Regs saying that it can't be done - i.e. can a bathroom zone extend past a door and into another 'room'?
Fitting a 13A socket outlet (3m from Zone 1) inside a bathroom is absolutely fine of course!
Madness to me, but what do I know...

Not a lot, by the sound of it!!

You seem to be yet another doom and gloom merchant, looking for, or seeing problems where there aren't any!!!

If you cant find a reg that says this is wrong then leave it and move on lol.

.
The bathroom zones are limited by the floor, walls, doors, and ceiling, etc. of the bathroom, so the zones cannot extend outside the room containing a bath or shower.

When installing showers years ago with the airing cupboards at the end of the bath, if a wall mounted switch had to be used , we would always fix the switch furthest point away from the shower so that anyone using / used the shower could not open airing cupboard door whilst standing in the bath /shower tray and touch the switch. Same with IMM /HTR switch also. This was before ZONES were invented!
