Hi Guys
I have just had a large steel I beam installed across the width of my house and supported by another, do these have to be integrated into the earth bonding or not???

Also I am going to remodel floor plan and was wondering if it is ok to use metal partitioning and if so will this have to be earth bonded?

Welcome.... re the steel and the partitioning, I would say check with the spark who is going to be doing the electrics......

The steel will need to be tested to establish whether bonding is required or not.

Ive bonded my steel tool box and supplementary bonded my steel ruler to be on safe side due to no rcd protection on the tool box

Use a double insulated tool box.

if them wellies have steel toecaps, make sure that they're bonded as well.
