It's from an outdoor light. About 15cm long and has 4 prongs.

compact fluorescent. 4 pin. either get same or convert to LED.
 
The part number is shown on your photo, F9BX/827/4P. The 827 is the light colour (very warm white 827 = 2700K), you can fit one less warm if you prefer or easier to obtain (e.g. 830 = 3000K).
 
Seems these folk have it:
(probably other will have as well, discontinued on RS but Farnell seem to have one at higher price)

Okay thanks very much! Do you think I can use a F9BX/840 bulb instead as the 827 wasn't very bright?

sorry OP, just a little electrical humour. Happens all the time.
Your answer is up there ^ somewhere... I would say take it to a specialist electrical wholesaler, but most will be closed to general public during the lockdown
