Can't access Amnesh's profile, but would it be a genuine document, as most of the testing certificates are aligned with BS 7671, not knocking Amnesh's enthusiasm or his efforts,

It's correct. Live to live means between line conductors or between line conductor/s and neutral.

Cheers now get where they are coming from , Linking L+N relative to earth --- "Line conductors" = Load circuit ,where energy is to be used !
(R1+N-R2)
and not just 3 phase !

Hi Guys Designed here means i have created PDF looking at BS7671 (18th Edition Book), This is the lastest certificate.

The IET usually have the models forms downloadable for free in their resources section. I notice they haven't bothered putting them on for the 18th yet, probably too busy fixing mistakes they have made in their latest release.
