4kw inverter quick advice needed!

We have a customer wanting 16 250w Yingli panels fitted next week and wants a SMA inverter. Not enough time to get DNO approval if using the 4000TL, i was investigating using a SB3800/V which PV sol seems to like but Sunny Design throws up Yield Loss issues, though the annual yield in the final report looks good 3379kwh.

What would you guys do?

For what reason does it throw up yield loss issues?

or what about the new SMA 3600TL!!

Yield loss due to only suitable configuration (2 strings of 8) failing to meet start up voltage under those gloriously hot summer days we so frequently get. PVSyst agrees with Sunny Design in this respect.

3600TL would be the perfect solution.
