Anyone know of the best place to physically purchase replacement downlighter GU 3w to 6w LED lamps in North London. I'm asking for a friend in Cyprus, whose mother is coming over in 10 days. Don't know why he can't purchase on internet and have them delivered to her home, but he seems to want to physically purchase!! So any ideas/recommendations that i can supply him with?? As an alternative, is there any decent UK supplier on ebay etc that anyone can recommend, as i can see it coming down to online purchasing in the end!! lol!!

RS components has a branch in Watford from which you can collect items, this would give a chance to look online and collect in person.
Their selection for GU10 is not great but they do have one cheap 5W version but only 210lm, the 6W are about £10 but 500lm.
Online Sourcing4U co.uk is a rather odd supplier but their GU10s seem OK.

Depending on where you are, TLC of tlcdirect has a branch just off Meridian Road in Ponders End (A1055), there is also an independent wholesaler, Enfield Electrical Supplies, a couple of miles away in Hertford Road, Enfield (A1010).
